8 pairs:
Table 1 Table 2 Table 3 Table 4
NS EW Brd NS EW Brd NS EW Brd NS EW Brd
Round 1 8 1 A 3 6 D 2 7 F 5 4 G
2 8 2 B 4 7 E 3 1 G 6 5 A
3 8 3 C 5 1 F 4 2 A 7 6 B
and so on until round 7. If you want to play 7 boards during the evening,
Brd A is board 1, for 14 board A=1+2, B=3+4, etc.., for 21 boards A=1-3,
B=4-6, etc.
16 individuals:
Table 1 Table 2 Table 3 Table 4

Round 1 16 1 15 12 A 6 7 9 11 C 4 8 14 5 G 13 3 10 2 H
2 16 2 1 13 B 7 8 10 12 D 5 9 15 6 H 14 4 11 3 I
3 16 3 2 ....
And so on until round 15. After 15 rounds, everybody has partnered
everybody once. For 15 boards on the evening A = board 1, for 30 A=board
1 and 2, B=3+4, ...
4 teams of 4.
The first team consists of pairs 1 and 2, the second of pairs 3 and 4,
etc:

2 1 5 A 6 2 A 3 7 B 8 4 B
3 1 7 A 8 2 B 3 5 B 6 4 B
After each round, score up and shuffle the boards. A variation is:
Round 1a 1 3 A 4 2 A 5 7 B 8 6 B
1b 1 4 B 3 4 B 5 8 A 7 6 B
Round 2a 1 5 A 6 2 A 3 7 B 8 4 B
