REVIEW by Colin Ward from Rec.Games.Bridge

Competition: Almost exclusively North American, the competition would be similar to that found in your local club. Few internationalists to spectate, but some gems nevertheless. The manager, Drew Cannell, is one of the finest card players in the world. If gathering ACBL Masterpoints is your goal, E-Bridge is your best choice.

Courteous Players: This may be the strength of E-Bridge. Reflecting its ACBL orientation, most of the members are strong supporters of the ACBL "zero tolerance" policy. That said, courtesy is not usually a problem on any of the sites. Discourteous members are NOT tolerated on ANY of the pay sites--as they generally ARE on the free ones.

Staff: You will find the staff extremely helpful and available at the playing site.

Software: I find this to be the weakest part of E-Bridge, with its graphical approach and inflexible arrangements. Their programmers are an industrious lot, though, so expect this to change soon.
